Our honey is sold in the raw, filtered but not heat treated, to preserve all the healthy enzymes and vitamins that make honey a unique sweetener.
We have been keeping bees since spring 2009. We added three new nucleus colonies to our apiary in the spring of 2010 and are now up to four hives that are all establishing well.
Margaret is the bee keeper, taking the project by the horns and making it her own. Jeromy is around to help and eager to learn, now that he has his own bee keepers veil.
